But aluminium wool can also be used to produce shading in metal or silverpoint drawings along with other metalpoint drawing tools. It is also used to smooth out almost any surface from wood to metal. This wool is very flexible and conform to any shape, and leaves a very polished surface.
Lighter and softer than other corrosion-resistant metal wools, aluminum also won't leave behind small fibers that cause rust. This wool is good for cleaning and finishing aluminum.
